Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Mat Pilates is based on the original reformer exercises Joseph Pilates developed to strengthen his own body and then began teaching others.

Enjoy Pilates outdoors. Just bring your mat*, hand towel, sunscreen, water, and yourself to my location and we will have a blast performing Pilates in the community park**.
*Extra Pilates mat is available if you don't have a mat. Let me know during booking.

DID YOU KNOW?
Not all mats are created equal. You simply can't use a yoga mat to a Pilates mat workout. Because we roll on our backs often, we need at least 6mm thickness, the ideal ones are from 10mm to 13mm to protect our spine.
