Prossage is formulated to warm targeted areas of the body that need a focused relief of tension. Gua Sha can reduce fine lines and wrinkles, restore firmness and elasticity, promote a brighter complexion, relieve jaw tension, promote lymphatic drainage, and decrease puffiness. Unlike gua sha on the body, gua sha on the face is done using mild to mild-medium pressure. This process takes 15 minutes and it is included in the massage session.

Bamboo massage is a technique that incorporates bamboo stalks of varying lengths and diameters to provide deep-tissue work. The massage itself promotes circulation, sensory nerve perception, and lymphatic drainage and provides a deep sense of relaxation and well-being. An added benefit for the practitioner is that using the bamboo sticks helps to reduce stress and strain on hands and fingers while still allowing for deeply penetrating maneuvers.

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

The therapist places warmed stones on certain areas of the body, such as acupressure points. The stones may be used as massage tools or be temporarily left in place. Along with other massage techniques, hot stones can be quite soothing and relaxing as they transmit heat deep into the body.
