Hello and welcome!

My name is TinaMarie Poblete, the founder and owner of

The Therapy Room Movement & Muscles, LLC.

My first massage experience was at the sweet age of 18 and been loving it ever since. From Swedish to bone-breaking Shiatsu it was therapeutic for me. Then 7 years later I discovered Pilates and made me a big fan!


Many years later, I thought, "I love massages and I love Pilates. Why don't I learn these and get certified to spread total body wellness to others?" So...

Went to AIMT for my massage course and Club Pilates for my Pilates training course.

I believe fitness and massage are some of the key elements in total wellness. That's why there are 2 divisions in my practice:

The Movement

We move everyday. We try to take care of ourselves through fitness. But we often forget the main part, our powerhouse - the core. I'm here to help you find concentration, control, center, flow, precision, and breathing.

The Muscles

People use massage for a variety of health-related purposes, including to relieve pain, rehabilitate sports injuries, reduce stress, increase relaxation, address anxiety and depression, and aid general wellness. Another thing I love about massage, and I use this in my practice, is it increases flexibility and range of motion.​
