Hello and welcome!

My name is TinaMarie Poblete, the founder and owner of

The Therapy Room Movement & Muscles, LLC.


It was when I was 18 that I had my first massage experience, an experience I have enjoyed ever since. Swedish to bone-breaking Shiatsu, I found both fulfilling and therapeutic. Several years later, I discovered Pilates, and I became a huge fan.


PASSION TO PRACTICE

Years later, I thought, "I love massages and Pilates, why not extend total body wellness to others?" So...

​After completing my massage course at AIMT, I then went to Club Pilates for my Pilates training course.

Fitness and massage are two of my favorite aspects of total wellness.

This is why I have two departments:

The Movement

Moving is part of our daily lives. Maintaining our health is a priority for us. However, we often forget the most essential part, our core. Let me help you find concentration, control, flow, precision, and breathing.

The Muscles

People use massage for various health-related reasons, including to alleviate pain, recover from sports injuries, reduce stress, increase relaxation, cure anxiety, and improve general health. Another thing I love about massage, and I use this in my practice, is it increases flexibility and range of motion.​
